Accessibility

Pedagogix SIMS (sims.pedagogix.ai) is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which also covers WCAG 2.1 AA and WCAG 2.0 AA.
This website, pedagogix.ai, is designed to meet the same standard.
Our Accessibility Conformance Report on the VPAT 2.5 WCAG edition (revised October 2026) lists how each success criterion is supported.
What is built in
- Every simulation and every screen works with a keyboard alone.
- Screen reader labels and announcements.
- Visible focus.
- Color contrast at AA in both light and dark themes.
- Captions on videos, and a transcript for every video.
- An extended time option of 1.5 or 2 times the standard time for timed simulations, set by the instructor.
- Reduced motion settings are respected.
- Pages reflow on small screens and at up to 400 percent zoom, with no sideways scrolling.
- Every page has a Skip to main content link, and its menus open and close from the keyboard.
Known limits
Some timed activities offer extended time up to twice the standard time, and no more.
Card payments for seats are taken on a checkout page run by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not control the accessibility of that page. If it does not work for you, email us and we will complete the purchase with you another way.
How we check
We test this website and the public pages of Pedagogix SIMS before each release with automated checks for WCAG 2.2 Level AA, keyboard-only walk-throughs, contrast checks of every button and link at rest, on hover and on focus, and reflow and text spacing checks on phone and desktop sizes.
