You are the new chief executive of Dunmore, a sporting goods retailer that is 52 years old, with 390 stores and six billion dollars in sales. Nyva, a digital brand growing 35 percent a year, has entered your market.
ACUITY
You are the chief executive of Orrington Memorial Hospital, a nonprofit community hospital with 500 licensed beds, a 1.8 percent margin, and 142 days of cash. Every quarter you decide who gets the next operating room hour, the next staffed bed, and the next nurse.
KEYSTONE
You are the managing director of Veyra House, a 360-home condominium tower planned for a commuter-rail suburb of Chicago. The site is under option, 80 buyers have expressed interest, and 12 million of 200 million in equity has been spent.
