Built by educators. Grounded in the research.
Pedagogix is led by Kellogg faculty and built by engineers who ship. Every product stands on the canonical work of its field, so what you teach with us is backed by decades of scholarship, not guesswork.
The fields we build on
Each simulation, and every part of the OS, is grounded in decades of published research. These are the fields our work is built on.
The common-information effect, sensemaking, and how teams decide under real uncertainty.
Psychological safety, and what actually makes a group perform.
Calibrated forecasting, when to trust the machine, and when to override it.
Getting alignment with no formal authority to fall back on.
Succession and governance when the business is also the family.
The bullwhip effect and systems thinking across a supply chain.
The people building it
