Send us your course. We send it back with the simulation built in.
You have a syllabus, a session schedule, and a grading scheme that already work. Fitting a simulation into them is the hard part, and it is the part that usually stops adoption. So we do it. Upload the syllabus or the program matrix; within minutes you get a placement plan that names the title, scores the fit on five criteria, and says what would make room. If none of our titles fits, we say so.

What you send, what you get back
You sign in and send the course
SIMS Fit lives in your Pedagogix SIMS account. Upload a syllabus with its session schedule, or a program matrix with its brochure. Word is best; PDF works. Tell us whether the simulation should be graded, and whether you already run one.
You get a placement plan in minutes
Which title fits and how well, on five scored criteria with the reasons; the session it would take; what would make room; how grading would change. A Diagnostic Report sets it all out. Honest about what it could not see.
You get your syllabus back, changed
Your own Word file with our changes marked in purple, and a second copy with the same changes as Word tracked changes, so you accept or reject each one. We email you when it is ready; everything waits in your account.
Five criteria, and the arithmetic shown
Every title in the catalog is scored against your course on five criteria. Discipline and lesson overlap set how relevant a title is. Audience, format, and placement set how easily it runs. The index multiplies the two, so a title that is easy to run but off-topic scores near zero. We recommend at 75 and above, and we show you the arithmetic.
| Criterion | Weight | What it asks |
|---|---|---|
| Discipline match | 45 of relevance | Does your course sit in the title's home discipline, a listed adjacent course, or neither? |
| Lesson overlap | 55 of relevance | How many of the title's three lessons does a stated objective or session actually teach? |
| Audience match | 30 of feasibility | Is your program the title's home: MBA core, elective, undergraduate, executive? |
| Format feasibility | 30 of feasibility | Does pre-class play, or a two-session module, work in your course as you run it? |
| Placement | 40 of feasibility | Is there a session where the title belongs, after its prerequisites, with something that can make room? |
We will tell you no.
A simulation in the wrong course costs you a session and costs us your trust. SIMS Fit scores all ten titles and reports only the one that fits, with the reasons. If nothing reaches the threshold, you get a short note that says so and why, and we do not send a revised syllabus.
Your course stays yours.
We change only what the simulation requires, we track every change so you can accept or reject it, we keep your grading structure in your own units, and we never comment on the rest of your course unless you ask us to.
